Very cool place! Sushi was great and loved the robots and trains bringing you food. The rotating belts with plates were great. Lots of options to choose from. Keep in mind you will be charged $1 for every piece of sushi and $5-$10 for hibachi plates left on your table. The hibachi plate charge depends on if the plate is full or half full when you are done. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Great experience all around. The ambiance is that of an actual Japanese train station. The food is fresh and delicious. The waitstaff is on point and friendly. The conveyor belts that are adjacent to every table offer ultimate convenience with a nonstop precession of small plates. Food ordering from the tablets is easy with plentiful offerings. One thing I really liked besides everything there is when I order off of the tablet I never know if my food will be delivered via the robot that's zooming around the Japanese bullet train that's tracks run above and next to your table or your actual server or an assistant.

Awesome spot! Atmosphere is very cool, and since the sushi conveyor belt is all-you-can-eat, I was able to discover a whole new sushi roll that I LOVE (pink lady). The hibachi ordered from the iPad was delicious. Service, Johan P. was amazing. And of course, the robots. Thanks for a wonderful first time experience for my fellows and I! Will be back and requesting Johan!!

I had an amazing dining experience at Shin Juku Station! From the moment I walked in, the subway-themed aesthetic immediately caught my attention—it’s such a unique and fun atmosphere. They even have anime playing in the background, which adds to the vibe. Molly was a fantastic waitress, super attentive and friendly. The manager, Kenny, also made a great impression by checking in on my friend and me, making sure we were enjoying our meal. That kind of customer engagement speaks volumes about their commitment to a great dining experience! One thing to note: they do charge for food waste, so be mindful of how many plates you pick up or orders you place. If you need to take sushi to go, there’s a $1 per roll charge instead of the food waste fee. Overall, this place is definitely a top contender—Rock N Roll Sushi, you’ve got some competition! I’ll definitely be back!

Had such a great dinner here! The sushi was fresh and there were plenty of options to choose from. It was always a surprise to see who brought the orders out - the bullet train, a server, or the robot waiter! Our “human” server Sean was fantastic and even brought us some dessert when the kitchen had stopped sending it out at the end of the night.

I haven't eaten here yet, but the food looks to die for. The sushi is all made fresh in the back with real fresh ingredients. They also have fresh fruit they cut up and put onto the conveyor belt. They also have a cute mini version of the bullet train in Japan that's above the conveyor belt and go around to deliver special requests on the conveyor belt. They have two cute robots that go around and deliver food that's not on the conveyor belt that's ordered. They will steal ur job with their cuteness and skills! The atmosphere is very clean and pleasant, and it feels like at home a little bit. All the workers here are very nice, lovely, bubbly people who take their time and have patience. They are quick to get their customers seated and check on them occasionally. Chan is a very sweet and beautiful girl who works here. You could talk to her for hours with her brilliant vivid personality. I really like everything that I've seen about this place so far browsing through it. Prices seem pretty average and fair.

This place is definitely unique and amazing. This is an all you can eat revolving sushi bar that passes by your table. The entrees are either served by humans, a robot and the bullet train that passes by the booths. This place is so much fun with really friendly waiters who are very informative for first time customers. I highly recommend it just for the experience. Come early as this place gets really packed and the morning we came, I saw the line wrap around the building. After you are done dining, don’t miss the Gotcha vending machines toward the front. Lots of cute items for kids and adults. Overall it gave us as close to an authentic Japanese dining experience as you’re going to get.

We came here for lunch around 11am. It didn't open until 11:30, but people started lining up when we got there. By the time it opened, there was a line around the building! So come early, if you can! The whole restaurant looked really neat and the concept was interesting! The food was good. I wish there was a bigger variety of rolls on the conveyor belt, but it was nice that we could order the ones we wanted. I did see some people with desserts that weren't on the conveyor belt and I didn't see them on the screen to order, so we were a little confused about that. The little toy machines were neat, but you have to exchange one dollar for one token and each toy costs around 6 tokens. If you end up with extra tokens, you can get your money back, but you have to track down a manager that has a key to the machine. That took us 20 minutes.
